To improve the quality of our service and to deliver modern and useful tool of the remote banking service Bank VTB (Armenia) launched Mobile and uploaded Internet banking based on the eKassir’s solution Digital Banking Platform. The updated unified platform bases on the best international practice in remote banking services. There are many services available for bank’s clients: account management, money transfers, payments for services, currency exchange, and so on.
Implemented platform supports three languages: Armenian, English, and Russian. It operates complex multicurrency transactions. Mobile applications have user-friendly interface, maintain the highest level of security, and support various authorization scenarios, included fingerprint scanning and face recognition technology on smartphones.
