Single system for managing customer payments to the mobile operator



Kcell had a goal to optimize the process of accepting payments from customers and expand the list of services at cash desks in the service centers. The company used several solutions before the start of the project with eKassir.



To solve the set problems, out of the box product Payments Hub was chosen. As a result of its implementation, united center to accept payments from all channels, including agents and cash desks in service centers was founded. The system based on eKassir solutions united a large number of Kcell customer service points, unified the work with agents and corporate clients.
